Professor Caio Terra has been instructing students and producing world champions since 2004. In 2007, Professor moved to the United States where he taught and trained at Cesar Gracie Academies. In 2011, he opened his own academy in San Jose, California.  

Professor Caio has conducted over 400 seminars, and in 2012 felt it was time to bring his unique brand of Jiu Jitsu to the world and started the “Caio Terra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association” (CTA).

Professor Caio Terra has won a record setting 10 IBJJF No Gi world championships.
